This event ensures that 100% of each donation directly supports nonprofits across 25 cause areas in 20 North Texas counties\, including TDG. Last year\, over $60 million was raised by 97\,132 donors\, benefiting more than 3\,000 local nonprofits. This remarkable effort has brought the fifteen-year total to over $566 million for our community. Support TDG and other deserving nonprofits on this impactful day of giving! \nCan you recall the first time you got to touch a snake\, feeling its cool\, dry scales? Or the first time you saw a butterfly flying in your backyard\, close enough to touch? Whether you’re looking for hard-to-find Texas natives\, caterpillar host plants\, or nectar-rich flowers to attract hummingbirds to your patio\, we’ve got you covered! \nA plant availability list will be posted one week before the sale\, so you can plan your shopping by botanical names. \nFor Members: Please have your member number ready. If you don’t have it or your membership has expired\, you can renew online\, call us in the weeks leading up to the sale\, renew at our members’ table at the event\, or use the QR code provided at the sale. \nShopping Tips:\n– You’re welcome to bring your own cart. Our garden carts are reserved for staff and volunteers to help shoppers with their purchases.\n– Plants will be arranged in groups based on their characteristics\, and a map will be available to guide you.\n– To purchase\, place your selected plants in a black plastic crate under a numbered area. Once your crate is full\, find a volunteer with a clipboard to create a sales ticket. Take the ticket to the cashier\, pay\, and return with the paid tag to collect your plants. \nImportant Notes:\n– We strive to provide an accurate plant availability list\, but sometimes plants don’t meet our quality standards and are removed from the sale. Additionally\, some plants may sell out during the event.\n– Please bring trunk liners or cardboard to protect your vehicle from soil.\n– If you’re purchasing for a non-profit\, please bring a paper copy of your tax-exempt form. \nWe look forward to seeing you at the sale and helping you find the perfect plants for your garden! \n

The Biergarten is complete with communal tables\, rustic decor\, and a festive atmosphere including authentic German beer\, soft drinks\, water\, sausages\, sauerkraut\, and pretzels along with German mustard. Enjoy the TDG Biergarten from September 27 to October 20\, open 10 am to 7 pm. \nWith your TDG admission purchase every guest will receive ONE (1) complimentary TDG souvenir cup with one complimentary soda\, water\, or a Blue Bell ice cream cup.
