Digital Membership Cards Are Now Live!
To receive your digital membership card, you must have an active membership with Texas Discovery Gardens. After your membership is processed, you’ll get an email from [email protected] with the subject line:
“Download your Texas Discovery Gardens Digital Membership Card.”
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll resend it.

After installing, open the app and enter your membership information to download your card.
Yes! Physical cards are still available and accepted. To get a physical card, stop by the Front Desk on your next visit and we can make you a physical card while card supplies last.
Yes, your membership must be active for a digital card to be generated and sent to you. Inactive or expired memberships will not receive a digital card.
Once your membership expires, your digital membership card will automatically move to the Expired Cards section of your digital wallet or the eMembership Card app. You can easily renew your membership within your TDG account online.

Reciprocal Gardens
TDG has reciprocal arrangements through the American Horticulture Society with public gardens across the country. Please check this link to locate a garden that you might want to visit: https://ahsgardening.org/gardening-programs/rap/?state=TX. Please note that certain gardens have geographical limitations that apply and these are beyond our control.
Visitors to Texas Discovery Gardens with reciprocal memberships at other listed gardens will be offered admission to Texas Discovery Gardens at 50% of the TDG listed admission price. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is not applicable for any special events or classes.
Located in Fair Park
Please note that we are located inside the fairgrounds at Fair Park. When visiting us during State Fair time, you will need to use your member's complimentary Fair ticket vouchers or purchase admission tickets to the State Fair to get to our building.
During the Fair, we have daily activities, and it is one of the liveliest times to come see us. It is also an extremely important time for us to reach new visitors and teach them about our mission.
