Scholarship Information

If you are a Title 1 public school, your group qualifies for a 40% off scholarship that covers part of the admission cost. Additional documentation may be required.

This form must be completed before we can begin the booking process. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Programs are based on staff availability. If your preferred date is not available, a staff member will be in touch to choose a date that works for everyone.

Reservations are not booked until paid in full. We are happy to work with your school if your district does not release payment until after the trip is completed. Please communicate this with us in advance to avoid losing your booking. Reservations paid in advance are not eligible for refunds related to actual attendance numbers or changes. No other discounts or passes are valid with a school, scouts, or group reservation. No refunds will be issued but rescheduling can be accommodated depending on availability.
