Art of Twisted Nail: Artist’s Reception

Art of Twisted Nail is a line of wood and metal art designed and fabricated in Richardson Texas. Founded by Tony and Caitlin Schraufnagel, these limited edition hand-finished, works are inspired by native Texas flora, fauna and history.

The name Twisted Nail is a loose translation of the Schraufnagel name. As lovers of the outdoors, all things Texas and their German heritage, the Schraufnagels find inspiration in works celebrating the rich history of the region.

NATIVE TEXAS WITH A TWIST

This exhibition is a series of lighted and unlighted artworks designed to grace both indoor and outdoor spaces. The pieces celebrate the great state of Texas.
